Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you of an important update from our logistics partners regarding upcoming changes to U.S. import regulations (as most of items in this store are shipped from China).
Starting May 2, 2025, the U.S. government will eliminate the duty exemption for imports valued under $800. As a result, all orders shipped to the United States on or after this date may be subject to additional customs duties and handling fees.
To avoid potential delays and extra costs, we strongly encourage you to place your orders by April 15, 2025. This allows ample time for processing and shipping, ensuring your packages clear customs under the current exemption.
Please also note:
Our factory will be closed for May Day hoiday from May 1 to May 2.
Orders placed after April 15 may face customs clearance delays or additional fees.
In the event of duties or handling fees after May 2, customers will be responsible for any cost differences.

The estimated arrival time is within 1 month after the order date. However, please note that your orders may experience longer transit times due to customs clearance. Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
- 1 hour after order time because any reason will be granted full refund without any restocking fee.
- more than 1 hour after order time and item hasn't shipped yet will be granted refund with restocking fee (10% of item's price) for reasons of accidental order, better price available, no longer needed/wanted. This charge is based on the nature of my items which are made by order.
- after item has been shipped (already received in 30 days or not yet received) will be granted refund with restocking fee (20% of item's price) for reasons of accidental order, better price available, or no longer needed/wanted AND after I receive the return item in original condition in 45 days after the receive date. The return item should not be used before returned.
- if original item is received in damage / defect condition, in 14 days buyer needs to send photos showing the area, after review, a decision will be made for full refund / half refund up to 50% depend on the situation without return the item (buyer can keep the item). So, we encourage buyer to check the item first after receive the package before using the item. Any damage occurs after using the item will not be count for any refund.
